PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable integral processing, even if the formats of data to be collected are various, and thereby to attain highly precise quantitative evaluation for a realistic risk to be given by chemical substances to humans.;SOLUTION: When data, related to chemical substance delivery, are collected from respective databases DBA011 and DBA012 of a delivery information database group DBA through a communication network NW, a corresponding template is read from a storage part MR011, and the respective collected data are converted into data formats which can be dealt with within a device EV based on the template read.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
