PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a one dimensional discrete-time dynamical system circuit using a nonlinear resistance circuit comprising a floating gate MOSFETS, which has a simple circuit configuration and is small-sized and has a high speed and has variable characteristics. PSOLUTION: A mapping function of a one dimensional discrete-time dynamical system is synthesized by the nonlinear resistance circuit using floating gate MSFETS, as a relation between its terminal voltage and terminal current, and the terminal current value is successively fed back to the terminal voltage by a sampling and holding circuit for realizing a time delay, and thus discrete-time one dimensional mapping is realized.
