PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance heat transfer performance without impairing chemical resistance of a heat transfer member to enhance refrigerating capacity. PSOLUTION: A clad material of which the outer clad 44 contacting with a solution of a working substance 14 comprises noble metal of high chemical resistance, and of which the inner base material 42 comprises metal of high heat conductivity is used as the heat transfer member for connecting the working substance 14 to a cooled object 10.
