METHOD FOR THE PRODUCTION OF ECOLOGICALLY CLEAN HONEY AND APIARY PRODUCTS

The method is used in agriculture, the food industry, in pharmacology and cosmetics. The bee honey and the apiary products produced by it meet with all the health and ecological requirements. The method comprises the positioning of the beehives in areas away from inhabited places and from residential and industrial pollutants. During the whole melliferous period monitoring is made in the area where the beehives are found of the local air, waters and the soil. The bee families are bred in licensed reproduction centres by separation of elite healthy families. The bee honey and the apiary products are controlled immediately after their extraction for any possible toxic elements, microtoxins, plant protection preparations and other pollutants before it is sent for consumption or for industrial treatment.
