The method for the differentiating the causes of death due to alcohol cardiomyopathy, the chronic narcotic poisoning by opiates and the acute coronary failure by the examination of the biophysical properties of the tissues of corps comprises the biophysical examination of the biological tissues exposing them to the specified physical factors followed by recording the alterations of the elastic properties of the tissues. Finally, the data obtained are verified by comparing them with the reference specimens. In addition, the electric current is applied to the tissue under study, the potential drop is recorded, and the relative inductivity is measured. When the relative inductivity value is 50-45 arbitrary units, the alcohol cardiomyopathy is the cause of the death. When the relative inductivity value is 44-40 arbitrary units, the chronic narcotic poisoning by opiates is the cause of the death. Finally, when the relative inductivity value is 39-35 arbitrary units, the acute coronary failure is the most probable cause of the death.
