The prevent invention relates to a wood chip capsule, process and apparatus for producing the same by producing a wood chip, drying the chip by air, and then infiltrating the chip containing any one of fertilizer, pesticide and plant growth regulator selected by a kind of crops into a crop by immersion method or pressurized method. The present invention makes it possible to provide new method for growing crops, which needs not to apply additional fertilizer during growing crops on subtoil by using the capsule as a fertilizer used at sowing time once a year.
