Internal combustion engine e.g. otto-internal combustion engine, has charge-air intercooler provided between compressors and another charge-air intercooler provided downstream of one compressor that can be bypassed
The engine has two cylinder groups with dual-stage supercharging provided by exhaust-gas turbochargers (2, 3) having respective compressors (4,5). The compressors are connected behind one another in an induction tract. A charge-air intercooler (7) is provided between the compressors and another charge-air intercooler (8) is provided downstream of the compressor (5), where the compressor (5) can be bypassed. A bypass flow path between the intercooler (7) and the compressor (5) diverge from a suction line. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for regulating an equal distribution of a load for cylinder plates (2) an exhaust gas turbine for an internal combustion engine.
