Procedure for the manufacture of a blown piece of plastic with internal reinforcement, with the steps: - Positioning of a reinforcement material inside an open extrusion and blow mold that has air channels, - creation of an extruded flexible tube that moves on the reinforcement material and encloses it inside without touching it, - closing of the extrusion and blowing mold, as well as manufacturing a body of blown piece, joining areas of the mold joining areas of the extruded flexible tube and the reinforcement material of so that the reinforcement material creates an intimate union with the body of the blown piece in the joining areas and there is an intermediate space between the air channels and the body of the blown piece.
