The pneumatic centrifugal head for misting machines has a rotor actuated by air flow prior to feed of the liquid for misting. The rotor has uniformly-spaced peripheral fins supplementing a double set of opposed atomising discs at the outlet from the tubular head. The discs incorporate triangular-cross-section concentric tongues intercepting the water used in the misting.
