An integrated electronic circuit comprising a delay element formed by an electrical conductor (13, 18) and at least one active electronic component (10, 21) connected to said electrical conductor (13, 18), said conductor (13 , 18) is formed such that its inductance, i.e. in a loop with sections parallel conductive so that the directions of the current in conductive sections adjacent are opposite each other, and said conductor (13, 18) is formed is minimized by a conductor on an insulating layer (14) material, characterized in that the insulating layer (14) is surrounded by semiconducting material (15) and the thickness of the insulating layer (14) exceeds 10 ìm to provide a low coupling capacitance between the conductor (13, 18) and the surrounding semiconductor material.
