A constant-temperature constant-humidity air conditioning system enabling reduction in refrigerator capacity and energy saving in cooling, heating, and humidification. Inside a housing of an air conditioner that constitutes the constant-temperature constant-humidity air conditioning system, there are arranged, sequentially from the air inlet side, a prefilter (1), a medium-performance filter (2), a first cooling coil (3a) and a second cooling coil (3b), a heating coil (4), and a blower (6) for discharging treated air to the outside of the housing. Further, a branch line (31) is attached to a return air supply line (30) that supplies return air (RA) from a clean room into the air conditioner, and a second blower (32) and a vaporizing humidifier (33) are installed in the branch line (31). The vaporizing humidifier (33) is adapted to perform control such that the amount of air introduced into the branch line (31) is controlled by controlling the second blower (32) and this involves control of the amount of humidification by the vaporizing humidifier (33).
