PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a rolled steel grating and the rolled steel grating manufactured thereby are provided to prevent lowering of appearance of the drain passage, and to restrict accidents by shielding the clearance between the support angle and the support bar. CONSTITUTION: A coordinate of a support angle(6) installed in the upper part of a drain passage(7) to support a grating is gained, and the calculated coordinate of the support angle is converted into the file driving in the cutting program of a laser cutting machine. The rolled steel plate is cut according to the shape of the drain passage installed by the laser cutting machine with the file, and a grating plate(3) is manufacturing by forming drain holes(4) in the rolled steel plate. A supporting bar(5) is fixed in the lower part from the edge of the grating plate cut according to the shape of the support angle.
