Lightweight composite structure panel and the manufacturing method using glassfiber tissue sheet

PURPOSE: Provided is a light-weight composite panel using a glass fiber tissue sheet, which maintains the stability in thickness during the manufacture thereof without using any additional members. CONSTITUTION: The light-weight composite panel(10) using a glass fiber tissue sheet comprises a glass fiber tissue sheet(20) impregnated with a phenolic resin(22) and additives(24). The light-weight composite panel is classified into semi-cured sheet(30) and full-cured sheet(40) depending on curing degrees determined by the processing temperature of the impregnated sheet. The semi-cured sheet(30) and full-cured sheet(40) are laminated in a mixed state. The light-weight composite panel(10) still further comprises finishing materials(50) laminated on both surfaces of the panel.
