A preparation method of high grade insulating firebrick using albite

PURPOSE: A method for preparing a high grade refractory heat insulating brick by using albite is provided, wherein the brick is applied to the interior and exterior material of an annealing furnace for iron making, a carburizing furnace, a zinc plating furnace, a petroleum heating furnace and a ceramic kiln. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of mixing (100) 40-45 wt% of albite, 10-15 wt% of kaolin, 2-5 wt% of alumina and 8-15 wt% of clay as a main component and mixing 8-10 wt% of vermiculite, 4-6 wt% of wood meal and 15-30 wt% of water glass as an auxiliary component; (101) injecting the main component; pulverizing the main component; (102) drying the pulverized one; (103) injecting the auxiliary component; (104) stirring the mixture; (105) molding the mixed mixture; drying the molded one; (107) calcining the dried one; (108) postprocessing the calcined one; and (109) packing the postprocessed one.
