The device has an analog-to-digital converter comprising a comparator (38) to compare a sub-sampled signal amplitude with a reference value for performing a quantization of the sub-sampled signal on one bit. The comparator generates an interfering signal corresponding to the quantization noise. An optimal filter is placed between a low pass filter, coupled in the output of a demodulation unit that is coupled in an output of the converter, and a matched filter and implements multi-noise stochastic matched filtering.
