The present invention is a DVD recording / playback system in accordance with the same during DVD playback and playback speed and playback location information to an apparatus and method for displaying navigation information . In other words , the present invention implements the DVD system during playback DVD system with a built- in LED front and the navigation bar to display the playback location and speed information of DVD titles that are currently playing, and can also navigate by touch input playback position on the navigation bar by that , the user can more easily know the play position information of the currently playing DVD titles and also position it so that you can easily navigate and adjust playback speed .
