PURPOSE: A method for providing a group ware application for supporting the business of a company and a business link is provided to support the business of a company by making a plurality of modules as a standard of a business process. CONSTITUTION: A G*Suite which is a group ware application platform is created by installing modulated thirty-six template databases(601). The thirty-six template databases are separated into nine work flows, and a cooperative work function is appended for making a plurality of users work together(602). The group ware application is located in a server of a company or a group to be used actually(603). The thirty six template databases in accordance with nine classifications are set adapted to a company and a group(604). A standardization of a business process is performed using a set database(605). A group ware application performing an information sharing, a company business supporting and a business link supporting is provided to the corresponding company or group(606).
