PURPOSE: A base station device having an initial channel sharing function and a method for providing an integrated service using the same are provided to enable an integrated service between different wireless mobile communication providers, without correcting software of different terminals. CONSTITUTION: A unit of generating IF(Intermediate Frequency) or RF(Radio Frequency) signals, based on generating operating frequencies for the synchronization of a base station and a wireless mobile station. A unit(108) of converting the generated IF or RF signals into operation frequencies. A unit of generating operation frequencies of another service provider, using the generated IF or RF signals. And a unit of transmitting system information and signals including the operating frequencies of the service provider and operating frequencies of another service provider, through a transmission antenna(114).
