Battery aging (degradation) diagnosis system is widely used in emergency power equipment or communication network power equipment, and it is necessary to install and manage it efficiently. The present invention provides a series of cascading arrangements of the relay circuit combination unit of the diagnostic system so that hundreds of trillions of battery cells can be operated online at all times without disconnecting them from the operating system. It is installed in close proximity and the overall hardware configuration and layout is simple, but the relay circuit selection control and data measurement of the diagnostic system system are operated accurately without the influence of external noise, and the line length between each component and especially the wiring length between the battery system.
