STEAM PRODUCING METHOD AND DEVICE OF A SINTERING WASTE HEAT RECOVERY FACILITIES

A method and device for increasing production of steam in a sintering waste heat recovery equipment is provided to prevent overcooling of sintered ore by control of a cooling system by temperature of sintered ore loaded in a cooler and increase production of steam of the steam production equipment by preventing a phenomenon that cold air is flown into the steam production equipment. A device for increasing production of steam in a sintering waste heat recovery equipment comprises: sintered ore side thermometers(21,22,23) installed in a proceeding direction of a sintered ore cooler(11) to measure temperature of sintered ore; a duct side thermometer(24) installed at an air duct inlet to measure temperature of the atmosphere; an adjusting means for comparatively analyzing detected temperatures of the sintered ore side thermometers and the duct side thermometer to increase or decrease an amount of cooling air to be applied to sintered ore; and a control means(15) for controlling operation of the adjusting means by receiving the detected temperatures of the sintered ore side thermometers and the duct side thermometer. The adjusting means comprises a speed reduction motor(25), an adjusting shaft, and a cooling fan(12).
