FIELD: medicine, veterinary science.;SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with treating malignant tumors, or infections, caused by bacteria, fungi and protozoa, or atherosclerosis, or diabetes mellitus, or diseases associated with delayed-type reaction of hypersensitivity, or diseases developed due to mutations of somatic cells' genes. For this purpose, one should introduce an agent that binds blood extra-cellular DNA, or an enzyme to alter chemical structure of blood extra-cellular DNA, or blood should be supplemented with an agent that stimulates either the synthesis or activity of endogenous desoxyribonuclease or an agent that stimulates the synthesis of antibodies that bind blood extra-cellular DNA.
