FIELD: metallurgy; treatment of melts of metals and alloys with doping and inoculating additives.;SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of metallurgy, in particular, to treatment of melts of metals and alloys with doping and inoculating additives. The addition alloy contains 14-17 % of magnesium, 0.4-0.6 % of cerium, the rest includes nickel and impurities and it is made in the form of an alloy fragmented particles. The particles sizes make from 0.5 up to 4 mm. In impurities carbon content is concluded within the limits of from 0.001 up to 0.1 %.
