FIELD: instrument-making industry.;SUBSTANCE: transformer has body filled with working liquid with free surface made of non-magnetic material, light source, floating decryption block and blocks of photo-sensitive matrices. Floating decryption block has: circular multi-sectional diaphragm of light-impenetrable leaves, their individual hollow-bodies pistons with bottoms, floating in middle layer of working liquid volume with free surface, which fills circular channel of pistons separator, light source with reflector, front-diaphragm circular mirror light reflector, blocks of photo-sensitive matrices. Block for taking vertical accelerations has: floating barrel with returning spring, two-shoulder levers, pistons of light-impenetrable leaves of diaphragm, having no bottoms.;EFFECT: provided possibility of transformation to electric values of dynamic forces disturbing stable movement, appearing in vertical plane during interaction of vehicles with road covers.;4 cl, 3 dwg
