FIELD: building of highways for cargo and passenger traffic in developments.;SUBSTANCE: in seaside town and in town on banks of rivers, extended reinforced-concrete overhead roads are erected on piles for highway over shallow part of water area, slopes of banks and under bridges near bank embankments and bridge abutments with rails mounted on longitudinal and cross bars with platforms for passengers and supports for transmission lines. Under arches of bridge embankments, highways are passed through tunnel. Stop stages with turnstiles are erected along highway. Passage from platform of overhead roads to stop stages and quay streets is provided along hanging bridges with hanging flights of stairs over slopes of banks. Group of inventions makes it possible to use ground area over shallow water and slopes of sea shores and driver banks free from buildings.
