FIELD: the invention refers to measuring technique.;SUBSTANCE: the mode of checking incorporates a removing fat control check from the surfaces and the following extraction of fats and oils with a solvent for evaluation with the aid of a luminescent device their quantity in the sample of the used solvent. The removing fat check is executed with a clear water-washing solvent. At that preliminary extraction stretching out of its sample of luminescent ingredients is fulfilled with the aid of the solution and background concentration of "seeming" fat soiling in the solution; water-washing solution is mixed after the removing fat check and residue content of fatty soiling in the solution on the surfaces of the washed product is evaluated with taking into consideration the concentration of fatty soiling in the solution after extraction stretching and the background concentration.;EFFECT: increases reliability of checking results.
