FIELD: biotechnology, microbiology.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for assay of microscopic fungi, bacteria and yeasts in analyzed sample. Invention involves using chemiluminescent composition comprising the luminol alkaline solution with addition of hydrogen peroxide. Assay of the presence of microscopic fungi, bacteria and yeasts is carried out in certified liquid analyzer by mixing a sample with the chemiluminescent composition in its reaction chamber and the following recording the kinetic plot curve of chemiluminescence used for assay of belonging of microorganism to bacteria, fungi or yeasts. The advantage of method involves absence of thermostatic control, rapidity (100 s) for preparing the result, reliability and precision of results, and the possibility for identifying bacteria, yeasts and microscopic fungi.
