METHOD FOR SURGICAL TREATMENT OF URETEROHYDRONEPHROSIS AT COMPLETE RENAL DUPLICATION AND URETERIC STRICTURE OF ITS LOWER HALF

FIELD: medicine, urology.;SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with abnormal development of patient's urination system. One should dissect an ureter of the upper half of duplicated kidney at the distance of about 4-5 cm against its pelvis. Ureter's proximal end should be anastomosed with pelvis of the lower renal half according to "end-to-side" type. Ureter's distal end should be anastomosed with pelvis of the lower renal half according to "end-to-end" type in area of pyeloureteric segment. The innovation enables to adequately drain pyeloureteric anastomosis and provide normal peristalsis of ureters.;EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.;1 ex
