METHOD FOR TREATING ACUTE AND CHRONIC LYMPHATIC EDEMA OF LIMBS

FIELD: experimental medicine.;SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with treating lymphatic edema of limbs in experimental animals due to introducing low-differentiated stromal cells for these animals. Thus, at creating acute lymphatic edema of limbs due to removing the pack of inguinal lymphatic nodes with surrounding subcutaneous-fatty fiber one should obtain low-differentiated stromal cells out of removed tissues followed by their growing. Then one should carry out puncture introduction of these cells into inguinal area of the animal. The innovation provides liquidation of edema of inferior limbs due to developing new lymphoid tissue in inguinal area - lymphatic vessels and lymphatic nodes.;EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.;2 dwg
