The proposal relates to oil industry, particularly, to the construction and repair of wells. An apparatus for cementing the liner in the wellbore with a support on a bottom, includes an inner and an outer casing, a check valve seat, interacts with the inner casing. The inner space of the inner housing is in communication with the exterior of the outer casing through the window. The apparatus is provided with a top ottsepnoy clutch equipped with internal left-hand thread and a removable top sub which is screwed from below onto the upper end of the inner housing, and from above - into the interior left-handed thread ottsepnoy coupling. Ottsepnaya sleeve bottom is connected to the shank, below which taken saddle sealingly mounted on the upper end of the outer housing and preloaded shank top. The check valve is configured as an elastic member, provided with plates and fixed to the periphery of the lower end face of the seat to overlap its passageway. The proposed device has a simple structure, which allows to reduce the material costs for manufacturing and improving the reliability of its work due to the exclusion of the ball retainers and the device structure of the tube squeezing process that allows to produce cementing the shank regardless of its length and weight in any wellbore interval.
