The system has a valve mechanism with a valve seat (9a) that is conically formed to hold a spherical body (9) as catch unit. The catch unit is pressed on the seat to close the mechanism, and permanently stressed on opposite side by a readjusting device to open the seat with a non charged coil. The readjusting device has a tappet (13) that has an end at the spherical body, and another end is axially stressed by a pressure spring (14).
