The device has a drive shaft on which a milling tool (30) is attached. Two beveled cutting edges (32, 34) are arranged at the circumference of the tool. A calibrating unit (36) is mounted on the shaft at a defined distance. The shaft is designed as a threaded spindle (20), where a path of the unit is defined across the length of the shaft. Clamping jaws (42, 44, 46) fix the unit with a clamping section of a tube end.
