The hinge (112) comprises of two hinge sections rotatably arranged around a swivel axis (114). The hinge sections are detachably connected to one another. A protection mechanism is provided in the hinge to permit or prevent a bushing for detaching the hinge sections based on the release angle of the hinge sections. Detachment is permitted only when release angle is outside a check angle range. An independent claim is also included for the transportable container in which the door hinge is used.
