A microscope comprising a laser module and a beam splitter provided on two lighting channels for variable distribution of a laser light, where common lighting of a sample is effected on same or different sample ranges, lasers (6, 7) are combined in path of rays, in which the splitter is arranged for distributing the light and the distributed lighting channels are optically connected with another microscope and/or an optical manipulation unit, is new. An independent claim is also included for a combination of two light grid microscopes and/or an optical manipulation unit.
