The arrangement has terminal posts (14) projecting from a piezoelectric actuator (12), and a metallic top arrangement (18, 22) is placed on the actuator having openings to allow the passage of the posts. A sealing component (32) is placed on the terminal post sections projecting from the openings. The sealing component is positioned tightly against circumferential areas of the terminal post sections and the top arrangement.
