The method involves determining diameters (A1-C1) of base circles of visual cones based on distance (L1) between the cones and an object under examination. The diameters correspond to the parameters of the object. The parameters are combined or separated based on a specific psychological and physiological conditions of the human as a result of an image of the object on a retina of the eye to design the dimensions of the object.
