LV switchgear cubicle has in one wall, preferably bottom one, aperture for inserting cables (54-56) into switchgear cubicle. Aperture can be covered by two cover members, which contain, on facing edges, at lesat one semicircular recess. On assembled state, recesses form circular passage, holding each sleeve (40) tightly surrounding cables. Preferably, sleeve includes inner guide member (50) of elastically soft material with one or more through bores (51-53), which can be positioned round inner guide member. Independent claims are included for method to introduce cables into switchgear cubicle.
