The evaporator is filled with porous glass/ceramics (0.9 W/mK) in non-heated range and porous copper/heat conducting ceramics (more than 2 W/mK) in heated range. The heated range has temperature sensors for regulation of heat. The gas sensors (12) measures anesthesia central concentration. A feeder line between the evaporator (5) and the chamber (4) is switched with a valve.
