The breath connection has a saliva catch (14) surrounding a ring chamber which opens to the mouthpiece (5) and is integrated at its inner wall for retaining saliva in the breathing tube (4) for preventing humidification of the filter. A cylindrical section (16) is integrated in the upper part of breath tube formed as bellows for the formation of saliva catch. The cylindrical section and the bellows are made from same flexible material. An air passage tube is inserted in the bracing ribs at its inner surface and has a cylindrical section. The air passage tube has a flange circulating at the lower edge and at the outer area of bracing ribs whereby its diameter corresponds to diameter of the bellows.
