The method involves producing a laser beam separation gap in a material block. Form specific bodies form a bar (4) that is bridging over the gap between the bodies and fixes the body. The gap is arranged such that the bodies are separated after formation of the gap and bar. The bar is a predetermined breaking point for the separation of the body. The separation of the bar is implemented with laser pulses and/or acoustic procedures.
