An eccentric cam/plate (2) has two interlinked eccentric plates. Two tube parts (3,4) extend left and right from the eccentric plates and each have outer (5a,6a) and inner (5b,6b) tubes. On their ends pointing away from the eccentric plates, the inner tubes have wider sections used to distribute pressure over a larger surface when exerted by a spacer/brace (1) on opposite walls.
