The method involves providing digital assessing units with security features and protecting an anonymity of a user until an attempt to fraud is identified during testing of the security features. The identity of a defrauded user and a proof for the attempt to fraud are automatically determined during the testing of the features. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a computer program for paying cost to internet download (2) a computer program product for paying cost to internet download (3) a data carrier with a program code medium for paying cost to internet download (4) a computer system for paying cost to internet download.
