The method involves having hard bitumen and dearomatised hydrocarbon injected by well-known injection techniques into the mountains or into the solid. The mixture from hard bitumen and dearomatised hydrocarbon is laid on the surface of solid. Neither the individual components nor the mixture to during mixing i.e. Processing, Injection or hardening by precipitation process reaches temperatures greater than 30deg Celsius at any point. An independent claim is included for a composition for sealing mining lines and or part of structure.
