The invention essentially relates to a process, which is based on the assumption that, for any one of the problem of a given process control system, it often suffices, with an amount of initial solutions, i.e, plans or planar changes, to start, in order to further improved plans to calculate on the basis of existing. For the generation of new and improve existing solutions is in this case a collection in its mode of operation, optimizing quality and processing time of highly different algorithms, so-called optlets, is used.
