A process for producing numerous vehicle door frames of different size, especially doors for different vehicle models, comprises arranging components (1-4,1'-4') in pairs, in groups or individually in an injection moulding tool, and then injecting plastic to connect the components. Each doorframe has at least a primary component, which is identical for all doorframes, and a secondary component whose dimensions vary. Two groups of frames are formed, and the frames of the first group are a mirror image with respect to the second group. The components consist of stamped sheet metal.
