Second mobile radio network (2) is of country-wide type, while first network (1) is of local type. Both networks are operated by different operators and are both formed by radio cells. First operator drives local server for local services, in which are stored local data of both networks.Application program of SIM card of mobile apparatus is stored and is recalled by local result message. When user changes its position from one cell (2a-f) of second radio network, message for application program is released. Further operational step are specified.
