The device has aqueous and non-aqueous liquids in metallic or non-metallic containers (5). Measuring probe (10) arranged individually or as parallel connected dipole, can be adjusted by its design at the shape of tank or can be operated freely installed. The dipole has principle of two parallel to each other current and opposite isolated (2) electrical conductor (1).
