The holder has a support with two spherical units (7, 17) that are arranged at a distance from each other. The spherical units are connected with a retaining head (10) and a base unit (4), respectively. A clamping unit arranged between the spherical units surrounds the spherical units and retains the spherical units at a distance from each other. The clamping unit is fixable at the spherical units by spherical clamping.
