Internet based electrocardiograph monitor for monitoring heart and circulation problems whereby the doctor and patient are fully mobile

The Internet electrocardiograph (ECG) operates fully autonomously and no data need be input by the patient. During the examination, the doctor only needs be concerned with the ECG image and the diagnosis. He only needs know the Internet address of the central server and he selects the patient from a list. The apparatus uses standard software. The Internet data are presented as a curve which is saved and transmitted to the doctor as an Applet. The doctor can use a standard PC and both he and the patient can be fully mobile.
