The device has a drive pulley which is displaceable in rotation, during rotation of a foot pedal, so that a limiting lug moves upto the distal end of limitation holes. The thick sections of an operation pin (60) are displaced from the low ends upto the surface ends of each slide groove. An operating disc (70) is pushed outwards from the operating pin, in order to release a switch which is attached to a side of the disc.
