The integrated circuit (1) has a second connection (6) which is electrically coupled to analog signal processing medium (2) and the command detection medium (3) such that it can operate as command input and analog signal output. The second connection passes externally supplied command information to digital control means (4) which passes it to the analog signal processing means. The digital control means passes the externally supplied command information to the analog signal processing means in such a way that the second connection can be switched from the command receipt mode and the analog signal output mode whereby the analog signal output mode at the second connection causes a voltage level whose height corresponds to the analog signal which can be emitted.
